I always knew I wanted to share the music I loved, but I felt like I couldn’t until I had heard every song ever made – turns out it would take 571 years (and counting!) to listen to it all. Since my time here is limited, I’d rather write about what I know and love, my cherry-picked favorites, than try to play a discographic encyclopedia.
I’m fascinated by who we listen to, how we listen to them, and what music can do for people and our planet. Here lie my musings on everything from Carole King to streaming to climate to ska. Take what you love, leave what you don’t!
